Reading material for the course is accessible via Blackboard and on the Internet, much of it compiled in the Robotics and Intelligent Systems Virtual Reference Book and in Lecture Slides (copies of the slides can be accessed below). Seven computer-based ("Virtual Laboratory") assignments are given during the term, and a final term paper. A collection of free books from Springer To help support everyone during Covid, Springer has released a ton of free textbooks. This is great, but their web page for this is not super friendly, and expects you to download some Excel sheet to figure out what they have on offer.

Biomedical sciences are a set of sciences applying portions of natural science or formal science, or both, to knowledge, interventions, or technology that are of use in healthcare or public health. Such disciplines as medical microbiology, clinical virology, clinical epidemiology, genetic epidemiology, and biomedical engineering are medical sciences. In explaining physiological mechanisms. The term "intelligent control" has been used in a variety of ways, some very thoughtful, and some based on crude attempts to market aging software. To us, "intelligent control" should involve both intelligence and control theory. It should be based on a serious attempt to understand and replicate.

The objective of this document is to describe the design and implementation of an intelligent biomedical system. The system consists of an array of multiple sensors. The sensors are connected to the Arduino Uno device to allow data capture and processing. The captured signals from the sensors are then digitized by the microcontroller. The data from the microcontroller are accessible via two. The Department’s control group addresses the broad spectrum of control science and engineering from mathematical theory to computer implementation. On the theoretical side, faculty and graduate students pursue research on adaptive and optimal control, digital control, robust control, modeling and identification, learning, intelligent control.
